Very pleasantly and intensely lemon-fruity, and one of the most tenacious scents I have ever had the pleasure of using. Not cloying or headache-inducing either. Interesting to note that Pineapple Myrtle is unique to Essentially Australia. Greg Trevena has started on the path that led many to call Luther Burbank (American botanist, horticulturist) “The Saint of Santa Rosa”. Not sure if Byron Bay needs (or wants) a saint but watch out Luther! Greetings from Portland, Oregon, U.S.A.

As a natural perfumer, I get excited when I come across new aromas. This pineapple myrtle is so true to its name and an absolute delight! and yes I did create a natural cologne with pineapple and mango myrtle as the top notes.
